Home Size:
Roof:
All roof shall be: 30 year or more guarantee composition shingle using a weathered wood color.
Windows:
All windows shall be clad casement of approved colors. (Soft earth tones)
Fireplaces:
All exterior fireplaces shall be supported by a foundation.(may NOT be cantilevered)
Decks:
Decking and stair treads shall be of the following materials: cedar or Trex like material. Railing and spindles shall be of trex, aluminum or wrought iron.
Exterior Elevations:
All exterior elevations shall be of the following materials: Stone, Brick, Stucco or similar quality. (NO sheet goods , NO faux stone)
Fences:
All fencing shall be aluminum, wrought iron or similar, NO wood fences. No fence shall exceed 5 ft in height or extend beyond the rear corners of the house.
Landscaping:
Minimum landscape is 1% of sales price of home.
